Yes. We don't carry our own water tank or generator, so we use water from your outdoor spigot and power from one of your outlets to run our vacuums and equipment. We bring our own hose and extension cord, so you don't need to supply either.

Before we arrive, please check that the spigot works and that we can get to an outlet — an exterior outlet, or one inside an open garage.

If the vehicle will be somewhere without water or power access — like many apartment complexes or office parking lots — mention it when you book so we can confirm the detail will work there before we head out.

An Interior Detail takes about 2 hours, an Exterior Wash about 45 minutes, and a Full Detail about 3 hours. Larger vehicles and heavier conditions take longer — if we expect yours to run long, we'll tell you when we quote it rather than rushing the work.

Not for the whole appointment — just a quick word at the start so we're clear on what you want. If the only outlet is inside your garage, leave it open for us before you head out.

Plenty of clients leave us to it and come back at the end for the walkthrough — that's completely normal.

Interior work is unaffected — we can detail the inside in a garage or under cover in almost any weather. Exterior work needs dry conditions to finish properly, so if the forecast turns we'll reach out and move you to the next available slot at no charge.

Yes — those are handled as add-ons rather than being folded into the base price, so people with clean cars aren't paying for work they don't need.

Pet hair removal runs +$20–50 and carpet and seat shampoo +$50–100, depending on how much of the vehicle is affected. Stain treatment is a flat +$50 and a deodorizer is +$10. We'll look at it and give you a firm number before starting.

We offer a ceramic spray sealant as an add-on (+$50–150), which gives you strong gloss and water beading for months. That's different from a multi-year ceramic coating or machine paint correction, which we don't offer as packages yet.

Anywhere within 10 miles of Kennesaw is included in the price. Beyond that we charge $2 per mile, calculated from the 10-mile boundary and confirmed with you before your appointment — no surprise travel fees on the invoice.

Yes — Kennesaw State students and any other student with a valid ID get 10% off any package. That brings an Interior Detail to $180 for a sedan or $225 for an SUV or truck, an Exterior Wash to $90 or $135, and a Full Detail to $270 or $315.

Just show your student ID when we arrive. The discount applies to the package price; add-ons and any travel fee beyond 10 miles are charged at the regular rate. Just answer yes to the student question when you book.

That's most of what we do — you won't get a lecture. A heavily soiled vehicle may need one or more add-ons to get the result you're picturing, and we'll say so upfront instead of doing the base package and leaving you disappointed.

Tell us. We walk around the vehicle with you before we pack up, so most things get sorted on the spot — but if you spot something afterwards, let us know within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-do that area at no charge.

For most daily drivers, a full detail two to three times a year keeps the vehicle in good shape, with an Exterior Wash in between to maintain the paint. If you carry kids, pets or work gear, interior detailing every couple of months makes a bigger difference than more frequent washing.
